  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 4 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 lb panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon chicken bouillon
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 -3 dashes tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch, mixed with
  • 1/2 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 open the chicken thighs and flatten with a rolling pin.
  • 2 combine eggs, cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and water to make a batter.

  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 3/4 cup masterpiece original barbecue sauce

Recipe

  • 1 place chicken in shallow glass dish or large resealable plastic food storage bag. combine vinegar, chili powder, worecestershire sauce, salt, black pepper and hot pepper sauce in small bowl, pour over chicken pieces. cover dish or seal bag. marinade in refrigerator at least 4 hours, turning several times.
  • 2 lightly oil hot grid to prevent sticking. place dark meat pieces on grill 10 minutes before meat pieces (dark meat takes longer to cook). grill chicken on covered grill, over medium kingsford briquets, 30-45 minutes, turing once or twice. turn and baste with kc masterpiece barbecue sauce the last 10 minutes of cooking. remove chicken from grill, baste with barbecue sauce. chicken is done when meat is no longer pink near bone.

  • 1 take whole chicken and make diagonal slits in breast and thighs.

  • 6 slices pineapple, fresh (1/2 inch slices)
  • 6 cups baby mesclun
  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup tamari
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 teaspoons grated gingerroot
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon wasabi paste
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh cilantro
  • salt and pepper

  • 1 in-between wax paper lightly pound chicken until uniform in thickness.

  • 3 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 (12 ounce) package andouille sausages, casings removed, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 2 -3 stalks celery, chopped (from the heat with leafy greens)
  • 2 -3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 2 scallions, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 spread the split muffins with half of the softened butter and broth the muffin halves, cut side down, in a hot skillet over medium heat, 3-4 minutes.

  • 12 serve piles of the stuffing topped with some scrambled spicy eggs and garnish with the scallions.
