- 3 lbs boneless chicken
- 16 ounces pineapple slices, drained
- 15 ounces mandarin oranges, drained
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Recipe
- 1 arrange chicken in slow cooker. mix remaining ingredients together and spoon over chicken.
- 2 cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
