- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 lime zest
Recipe
- 1 mix all the ingredients together with a hand held blender or food processor marinate the chicken for at least 2 hours then grill, bbq or bake.
