Happy Family Sesame Chicken

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 egg whites
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 2 inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Recipe
- 1 combine honey, sesame seeds, soy sauce and garlic. set aside.
- 2 in a seperate bowl, combine egg whites and cornstarch.
- 3 add chicken to egg mixture. add salt and pepper to taste. combine thoroughly.
- 4 to freeze: put honey mixture in a quart sized freezer bag. squeeze out air and seal.
- 5 put chicken mixture in a gallon sized freezer bag. squeeze out air and seal.
- 6 place both bags in another gallon sized bag, and label for the freezer.
- 7 defrost for 24 hours before cooking.
- 8 on cooking day:.
- 9 heat the oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
- 10 add the chicken and cook until browned, turning as needed. (you may need to do this in two batches, depending on the size of your skillet.).
- 11 pour the honey mixture over the chicken, turning to coat all the pieces.
- 12 top with the sliced green onions and sesame seeds, and serve.
