Oven Baked Chicken With Tasty Rub

Ingredients

• 2 chicken breasts
• 2 tablespoons salt
• 2 tablespoons garlic
• 1 1/2 tablespoons oregano
• 1 tablespoon paprika
• 1/2 tablespoon pepper
• 1/3-1/2 tablespoon chili powder
• 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
• 3 dashes thyme
• olive oil

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• 2 take all ingredients except for olive oil and chicken and combine in small bowl. vary amount of chili powder depending on desired level of spice.
• 3 take chicken and lightly coat both sides with olive oil.
• 4 place chicken in oven-safe dish and rub both sides heavily with ingredients previously mixed (dont be shy!).
• 5 pour a little bit more olive oil into the bottom of the dish, enough so that it is lightly covered.
• 6 cook for roughly 35-45 minutes.
