Garlic And Mustard Grilled Chicken

Ingredients

- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves, tightly packed
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 2 garlic cloves
- pepper
- 4 whole chicken legs or 8 chicken thighs or 8 chicken legs
Recipe
- 1 add olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, dijon mustard and garlic to a food processor and whirl until well mixed.
- 2 season to taste with pepper.
- 3 rub paste all over chicken, on top of and under the skin and let it sit for at least 30 minute.
- 4 grill until internal temperature of chicken is 160 degrees.
- 5 remove chicken and let rest for 10 minute.
