Garlic And Mustard Grilled Chicken

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 45 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves, tightly packed
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • pepper
  • 4 whole chicken legs or 8 chicken thighs or 8 chicken legs

Recipe

  • 1 add olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, dijon mustard and garlic to a food processor and whirl until well mixed.
  • 2 season to taste with pepper.
  • 3 rub paste all over chicken, on top of and under the skin and let it sit for at least 30 minute.
  • 4 grill until internal temperature of chicken is 160 degrees.
  • 5 remove chicken and let rest for 10 minute.
