- 4 large red onions, quartered
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 cup water or 1/4 cup chicken stock
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 in slow cooker, combine red onions, olive oil, oregano, water and salt and pepper, to taste. stir well.
- 2 cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
