Lemon Sauce Chicken

Total Time: 26 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 16 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 15 ounces chicken breasts
  • cooking spray
  • seasoning salt
  • 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoonlemon, rind , grated
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1/8 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • lemon wedge
  • parsley

Recipe

  • 1 in a large fry pan spray cooking spray at med heat.
  • 2 add seasoned salt to chicken, place in pan and cook about 10 minutes or until chicken is done. remove to oven-proof serving dish.
  • 3 add wine vinegar, lemon peel, lemon juice.
  • 4 cook 1 minute add salt and pepper.
  • 5 pour in chicken stock stirring constantly heat but do not boil.
  • 6 pour sauce over chicken.
  • 7 sprinkle with parmesan and mushrooms.
  • 8 set oven temperature to broil with rack 6 inches from heat.
  • 9 broil until lightly browned.
  • 10 garnish with lemon and parsley.
