Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 lemon, zest of
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup cold water
Recipe
- 1 in saucepan bring chicken stock to a boil and then add lemon juice, sugar and zest.
- 2 return mixture to a boil.
- 3 blend together cornstarch and cold water and stir into the lemon sauce.
- 4 cook until thickened, stirring frequently and adjust seasoning to taste.
