Ingredients

- 4 chicken legs-thighs, thighs and drumstick separated
- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon five-spice powder
Recipe
- 1 put chicken in a foil lined pan.
- 2 stir hoisin and five-spice powder together.
- 3 brush liberally over chicken pieces.
- 4 bake in top 1/3 of oven.
- 5 bake at 500 degrees f 25 to 30 minutes.
