Pancho Villa Stew

Ingredients
- 3 cups diced cooked ham
- 1 lb smoked sausage
- 3 (14 ounce) cans chicken broth
- 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (7 ounce) can chopped green chilies
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 (15 ounce) cans pinto beans, liquid reserved
- 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, mix
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Recipe
- 1 cut sausage into 1/2 inch pieces.
- 2 in a slow cooker, combine all ingredients and stir well.
- 3 cover and cook on low for 5-7 hours.
- 4 serve with buttered flour tortillas.
