Greek Chicken Pita Filling

Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
Recipe
- 1 combine the first 3 ingredients in a slow cooker.
- 2 cover and cook on low 6-8 hours, or until chicken is tender.
- 3 just before serving, remove chicken amd shred with 2 forks.
- 4 add shredded chicken back into slow cooker, and stir in yogurt, and oregeno.
- 5 serve as a filling for pita bread.
