Hawaiian Baked Chicken

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 12 boneless skinless chicken thighs (4 ounces each)
  • 2 (8 ounce) cans unsweetened crushed canned pineapple, undrained
  • 1/4 cup sherry wine or 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Recipe

  • 1 put chicken in a shallow baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray.
  • 2 in a small bown, combine the pineapple, sherry or broth, mustard, honey and butter mix together.
