Ingredients

- 4 lbs chicken thighs, and legs
- 1 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 garlic cloves
Recipe
- 1 in a 9x13 baking dish, pour in the oj, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic cloves.
- 2 place the chicken in the dish and marinate for 1-2 hours.
- 3 preheat over to 350 degrees f. cook for 45 minute raise temperature to 400 and cook for 10-15 minute.
