- 6 pieces chicken, legs and thighs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Recipe
- 1 remove skin from chicken and discard. sprinkle evenly with salt, chili powder and lemon juice.
- 2 let stand at least 30 minutes.
- 3 barbecue until just tender about 20 minutes. baste occasionally with melted butter.
