Pakistani Barbecued Chicken

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 6 pieces chicken, legs and thighs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Recipe

  • 1 remove skin from chicken and discard. sprinkle evenly with salt, chili powder and lemon juice.
  • 2 let stand at least 30 minutes.
  • 3 barbecue until just tender about 20 minutes. baste occasionally with melted butter.
