Ingredients

• 1 cup olive oil
• 2 tablespoons vinegar
• 2 tablespoons orange juice
• 2 tablespoons lime juice
• 3 scallions, chopped
• 2 tablespoons dried basil
• 2 tablespoons dried thyme
• 1 tablespoon dry mustard
• 1 tablespoon ground allspice
• 1 tablespoon clove

Recipe

• 1 using a zip-top freezer bag add the marinade and the chicken breasts and marinate for 12 to 18 hours, turning occasionally to distribute the marinade.
