Ingredients

- 4 red onions, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup madeira wine
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 place the onions in a non stick frying pan. add the stock and wine.
- 2 simmer gently, uncovered, until the liquid is almost gone.
- 3 season to taste with salt and pepper.
