Moms' Impossible Chicken Taco Pie

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 2 cups cut-up cooked chicken
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 1/2 package taco seasoning mix
• 1 cup bisquick baking mix
• 1 cup milk
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe

• 1 heat oven to 400ºf.
• 2 grease bottom and side of glass pie plate (i use my deep dish one, but a normal size would work too) mix chicken, onion and seasoning mix.
• 3 spoon into pie plate.
• 4 stir together bisquick, milk and eggs until blended.
• 5 pour into pie plate on top of chicken mixture.
• 6 bake 30 to 35 mintues or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
• 7 sprinkle with cheese.
• 8 bake 1 to 2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
• 9 garnish with taco fixings: lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream if desired.
• 10 enjoy!
