Moroccan Chicken

Ingredients

- 1 1/4 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 (26 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce or 3 cups homemade spaghetti sauce
- 1 (10 ounce) couscous
Recipe
- 1 prepare couscous according to package directions.
- 2 cut chicken breast into bite size pieces.
- 3 in a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and brown chicken.
- 4 add garlic and cook 30 seconds and then stir in lemon juice.
- 5 cook over medium heat for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 6 bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
- 7 serve over cooked couscous.
