Low Fat Barbecue Chicken Pizza

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 6 rhodes frozen rolls, thawed and risen
  • 1 boneless skinless chicken breast, diced
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup lowfat mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 red pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mushroom, sliced

Recipe

  • 1 lightly spray frying pan with non stick cooking spray.
  • 2 quickly cook diced chicken, onion, and barbacue sauce until chicken is no longer pink.
  • 3 remove from heat.
  • 4 combine rolls into a ball.
  • 5 roll into a 13 inch circle to fit a pizza pan.
  • 6 place dough in pan and pre cook at 400 for 10 minutes.
  • 7 spread chicken mixture over dough.
  • 8 sprinkle green pepper, red pepper, and mushrooms over the top.
  • 9 sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  • 10 bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
