Ingredients
- 6 yukon gold potatoes, cubed with skin on
- 32 ounces chicken stock
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2/3 cup cream
- 2 tablespoons marjoram
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1/4 cup bacon bits
Recipe
- 1 boil potatoes in chicken stock until fork tender about 30 minutes.
- 2 drain.
- 3 mix in all other ingriedients.
- 4 mash with potato masher until desired consistency.
- 5 (i like mine with lumps).
