Perfect Everytime Mashed Potatoes

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 yukon gold potatoes, cubed with skin on
  • 32 ounces chicken stock
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2/3 cup cream
  • 2 tablespoons marjoram
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup bacon bits

Recipe

  • 1 boil potatoes in chicken stock until fork tender about 30 minutes.
  • 2 drain.
  • 3 mix in all other ingriedients.
  • 4 mash with potato masher until desired consistency.
  • 5 (i like mine with lumps).
