French Italian Fusion Chicken

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 chicken breast, cubed
  • 500 g gnocchi
  • 1/2 butter
  • 1 onion, sliced thinly
  • 6 medium garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper (or more per your taste)
  • 1 pinch fennel, seads
  • 1 pinch dried tarragon leaf
  • 3 pinchs dried sage
  • 3 pinchs marjoram
  • 3/4 cup cream

Recipe

  • 1 on low heat, melt about half of the butter in a pan then add the onion and garlic. cook until browned.
  • 2 meanwhile, add the gnocchi to boiling water and some salt if prefferred.
  • 3 add the chicken and all herbs and spices.
  • 4 let the chicken brown then add the rest of the butter.
  • 5 once the chicken is cooked through, stir through the cream and simmer until the gnocchi is ready.
  • 6 serve with a sprinkle of parmesan and enjoy!
