Grilled Chicken Basted With Red Horseradish Sauce

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 (6 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breast halves

Recipe

  • 1 whisk together the first five ingredients.
  • 2 reserve half the sauce for basting.
  • 3 pour the other half over the chicken in a ziploc bag and marinate for 20 minutes.
  • 4 remove chicken from marinade and grill over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes on each side.
  • 5 baste with reserved marinade.
