Orange Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts (bone in)
- 1 dash paprika
- 1 dash dried onion
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 6 small mushrooms (sliced)
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
Recipe
- 1 place chicken breasts in small roaster with a drizzle of olive oil.
- 2 sprinkle paprika, onion powder, salt and pepper on top of chicken breasts.
- 3 slice mushrooms and place around chicken.
- 4 roast in oven at 375* with lid on for 30 minutes.
- 5 remove lid and roast for another 15 minutes.
- 6 remove breasts, place on plate and cover with tin foil.
- 7 drain grease from roaster but leave in juices.
- 8 add orange juice and chicken broth, give a stir and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- 9 boil down, about 5 - 10 minutes until a syrup sauce develops. add 1 tsp butter and stir.
- 10 serve drizzled over chicken breasts and rice.
