Orange Chicken Marrakesh

Ingredients

- 1 whole chicken, quartered and skinned
- 1 navel orange, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8-1/3 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375. trim chicken and place pieces in a baking dish.
- 2 tuck orange slices around chicken.
- 3 combine flour, coriander, cinnamon, salt and cayenne. sprinkle over chicken pieces.
- 4 pour orange juice and chicken broth into dish.
- 5 bake, basting chicken pieces occasionally, until chicken is tender and done, about 45 minutes.
- 6 serve with pan juices.
