Orange Chicken

Total Time: 9 hrs Preparation Time: 8 hrs Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 (6 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup diet orange soda
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce or 1/4 cup regular soy sauce
  • 4 green onions, finely chopped

Recipe

  • 1 combine soda and soy sauce.
  • 2 marinate chicken breasts in mixture at least 8 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
  • 3 place chicken and marinade in large baking dish.
  • 4 sprinkle with onions and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
  • 5 baste occasionally.
