- 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup liquid honey
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 -6 chicken pieces, bone-in preferred for more flavour
Recipe
- 1 mix all the sauce ingredients together in a bowl or pyrex measuring cup.
- 2 pour over chicken in the slow cooker.
- 3 cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
