Kim's Easy Stuffing

Total Time: 3 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 1 (32 ounce) can chicken broth
  • 3 carrots
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 package chicken giblets
  • 1 cup chicken, diced up
  • 1 1/2 lbs bread, toasted

Recipe

  • 1 pour chicken broth into a large pan add diced up carrots and celery and onion.
  • 2 bring to a boil.
  • 3 pour into a crockpot.
  • 4 add chicken and cut up innards.
  • 5 add bread that has been toasted and cut up.
  • 6 add salt and pepper to taste.
  • 7 i also add sage and poultry seasoning to taste.
  • 8 i cook it on low in the crockpot for 3 to 4 hours.
  • 9 i also have found out that for easy clean up spray the crockpot with non stick spray.
  • 10 i also like to add a jar of turkey gravy after it has cooked for an hour.
  • 11 do not stir it in until ready to serve.
