Mustard / Apricot Jam Chicken

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup honey dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup apricot jam
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- ground black pepper
- salt (optinal)
- 8 pieces skinless chicken
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 mix mustard, jam and garlic powder. set aside.
- 3 mix bread crumbs, pepper and salt in a zip lock bag. coat both sides of the chicken with the mustard/ jam mixture. put chicken in zip lock bag and shake till evenly coated with bread crumbs. shake off extra bread crumbs.
- 4 place chicken on a greased baking sheet.
- 5 bake for an hour uncovered.
