Mustard / Apricot Jam Chicken

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup honey dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup apricot jam
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • ground black pepper
  • salt (optinal)
  • 8 pieces skinless chicken

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350.
  • 2 mix mustard, jam and garlic powder. set aside.
  • 3 mix bread crumbs, pepper and salt in a zip lock bag. coat both sides of the chicken with the mustard/ jam mixture. put chicken in zip lock bag and shake till evenly coated with bread crumbs. shake off extra bread crumbs.
  • 4 place chicken on a greased baking sheet.
  • 5 bake for an hour uncovered.
