Garlic Brown Sugar Chicken

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 boneless chicken breasts (~2 lbs)
- 1 cup packed brown sugar (i use brown sugar substitute 62506)
- 2/3 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup carbonated lemon-lime beverage
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 place chicken in slow cooker.
- 2 mix all remaining ingredients.
- 3 pour over chicken and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- 4 for variety: add steamed broccoli just before serving, or add chunked pineapple 30- 45 minutes before serving.
