Grilled Chicken Breasts With Lime And Dill

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup lime juice or 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried onion flakes

Recipe

  • 1 combine all marinade ingredients in heavy ziplock bag and mix.
  • 2 add chicken breasts, seal; turn bag to coat.
  • 3 let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes.
  • 4 cover grill with foil.
  • 5 place breats on foil and cook on grill at low heat setting.
  • 6 cook for 20-30 minutes depending on size of breasts.
  • 7 meanwhile melt the butter.
  • 8 baste the breasts with butter when done.
  • 9 can serve with buttered noodles.
