Honey Dijon Chicken With Capers

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/3 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Recipe

  • 1 salt and pepper chicken on both sides to season.
  • 2 heat oil over med.
  • 3 high in frying pan, cook chicken 5-6 minutes per side.
  • 4 pour in broth, capers, rosemary and thyme.
