Ingredients

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 3/4 cup apple juice
- 1 lime, juice of
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
Recipe
- 1 spray large skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
- 2 cook chicken over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
- 3 remove from skillet; keep warm.
- 4 combine apple juice, lime juice, cornstarch and bouillon in small bowl.
- 5 add to skillet; cook, stirring occasionally, until thick.
- 6 spoon sauce over chicken to serve.
