Mama's Tangy Vinegar Chicken - Hcg Phase 2

Ingredients

  • 100 g chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1/4 cup low sodium chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, diced
  • 1 dash sea salt
  • 1 dash pepper

Recipe

  • 1 in a small saucepan, combine all ingredients. cook chicken through. deglaze the pan periodically with a little water to create a sauce.
