- 100 g chicken breasts, sliced
- 1/4 cup low sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, diced
- 1 dash sea salt
- 1 dash pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a small saucepan, combine all ingredients. cook chicken through. deglaze the pan periodically with a little water to create a sauce.
