Mexican Chicken

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 4 whole chicken breasts, halved
  • taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 3/4 cup shredded 2% cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • 1 set oven to 350.
  • 2 place chicken in large zip lock back with seasoning. think shake and bake.
  • 3 cook for about 30 minutes or until not pink in the middle.
  • 4 mix salsa and sour cream together and brush onto chicken.
  • 5 sprinkle shredded cheddar (i use kraft 2%) and bake for another 5-10 minutes.
  • 6 serve immediately.
