Mexican Couscous

Total Time: 12 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup couscous
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 (19 ounce) can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 ortega taco seasoning
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup corn

Recipe

  • 1 add everything together and cook on low heat until water is absorbed and couscous is fully cooked.
