Mustard Herb Glazed Chicken

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 boneless chicken breasts, with skin
  • salt & freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup chopped chervil
  • 3 tablespoons chopped tarragon
  • 3 tablespoons chopped chives
  • 1 tablespoon chopped rosemary

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400f (200c).
  • 2 pat dry chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper.
  • 3 in a large skillet, heat olive oil.
  • 4 add chicken breasts and brown on both sides.
  • 5 place in baking dish, skin side up.
  • 6 mix together, remaining ingredients and spread over chicken breasts.
  • 7 place in oven and bake 20 minutes, or until cooked.
