Orange Rosemary Baked Chicken

Ingredients

- 1 whole chicken, rinsed and patted dry
- 2 tablespoons softened butter
- 2 tablespoons rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup onion, minced
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups orange juice
Recipe
- 1 rub chicken with butter then the rosemary, salt, pepper and paprika.
- 2 place in a baking pan.
- 3 sprinkle with 1/4 cup minced onion.
- 4 blend flour with 1/2 cup orange juice and then slowly mix in the remaining orange juice. drizzle over the chicken, and pour the rest in the pan.
- 5 place the remaining 1/4 cup onion into the cavity of the chicken.
- 6 bake covered at 200 f for 4 hours, basting occasionally.
- 7 uncover and bake at 350 f for an additional 30 minutes or until tender.
