Oriental Shoyu Chicken

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 6 skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons corn oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup onion

Recipe

  • 1 line baking dish with aluminum foil.
  • 2 remove skin from the chicken and place in dish.
  • 3 combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
  • 4 bake uncovered at 350 turning and basting every 15 minutes.
  • 5 bake until nicely browned and juiced run clear.
