Ingredients

- 6 skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons corn oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup onion
Recipe
- 1 line baking dish with aluminum foil.
- 2 remove skin from the chicken and place in dish.
- 3 combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
- 4 bake uncovered at 350 turning and basting every 15 minutes.
- 5 bake until nicely browned and juiced run clear.
