Lemon Chicken

Total Time: 18 mins Preparation Time: 3 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 chicken thighs
  • 3 chicken legs
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons pepper
  • 3 teaspoons garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon parsley or 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • 1 lemon

Recipe

  • 1 drizzle lite amount of oil in glass baking dish, just a coating. place chicken in dish (i like to give each person 1 thigh and 1 leg). sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper, and either parsley or rosemary, whitchever you like better. spread garlic on top of chicken, about half a teaspoon on each piece. cut lemon in quarters and squeeze over chicken putting the juiced lemons next to chicken in the dish. for 6 pieces of chicken one lemon was good. broil for 15-20 minutes when it's done the chicken will have a light black crust and the juices in the dish will be sizzling.
