Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chicken broth
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 mushrooms
- 2 green onions
- 1 tablespoon dry wine
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon oregano
Recipe
- 1 mix first 5 ingredients in a food processor.
- 2 sautee garlic for about 1 minute.
- 3 add mushrooms and green onions.
- 4 sautee for 5 minutes.
- 5 add wine, thyme and oregano and stir until sauce thickens.
- 6 pour parsley-oil mixture over mushrooms and mix together.
