Orange Burgundy Chicken

Ingredients

- 2 1/2-3 lbs frying chickens, cut up
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup dry red wine
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 rinse of chicken and pat dry.
- 2 place chicken in slow cooker.
- 3 combine remaining ingredients in a bowl, mix well, and pour over chicken.
