Oriental Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (85 g) package oriental noodles
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag coleslaw
  • 1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • sliced chicken strips (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 combine dressing ingredients.
  • 2 pour on top of the coleslaw and then toss in the broken up raw noodles.
  • 3 top with almonds and sesame seeds.
  • 4 add chicken if desired.
