Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 6 boneless skinned chicken breasts or 12 boneless skinless chicken thighs
Recipe
- 1 mix together everything but the chicken in a glass baking dish or zip lock bag.
- 2 add chicken pieces and coat well and let stand 1 hour or overnite in the frigde.
- 3 grill over medium coals till done.
