Monterey Jack Chicken

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 thinly sliced red onion
  • 2 sliced tomatoes
  • 1 sliced avocado
  • 4 slices monterey jack cheese, pepper jack is yummy too, even mozarella

Recipe

  • 1 1. wash your chicken! you don't know where the butcher's hands have been.
  • 2 2. in a tupperware bowl or big ass ziplock, combine the oil, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
  • 3 3. put chicken in, and coat it with the marinade. fridge it until tomorrow.
  • 4 4. grill chicken over medium heat for 7-10 minutes on each side. nice 'n sear-marked.
  • 5 5. top with cheese, onion, tomato and avocado.
  • 6 6. eat. :p.
