Monterey Jack Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 thinly sliced red onion
- 2 sliced tomatoes
- 1 sliced avocado
- 4 slices monterey jack cheese, pepper jack is yummy too, even mozarella
Recipe
- 1 1. wash your chicken! you don't know where the butcher's hands have been.
- 2 2. in a tupperware bowl or big ass ziplock, combine the oil, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
- 3 3. put chicken in, and coat it with the marinade. fridge it until tomorrow.
- 4 4. grill chicken over medium heat for 7-10 minutes on each side. nice 'n sear-marked.
- 5 5. top with cheese, onion, tomato and avocado.
- 6 6. eat. :p.
