P90x Chicken Salad–level Iii

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 3 ounces low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup green onion, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh dill
  • 3/4 cup celery, diced

Recipe

  • 1 poach chicken.
  • 2 cool and dice.
  • 3 gently combine the chicken with the remaining ingredients and chill until.
  • 4 ready to serve.
