Pesto-olive Chicken

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 oz. each)
  • 1/2 cup prepared pesto sauce
  • 2 (4 1/2 ounce) jars mushrooms, drained
  • 1 (4 1/2 ounce) can chopped ripe olives
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese

Recipe

  • 1 bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 15 make 1-2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted and chicken juices run clear.
