Ingredients
- 3 cups cubed stale french bread (dried overnight)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in skillet, sautee onions and celery. add spices. combine bread cubes with celery/onion/butter and toss. stuff poultry, put extra stuffing into covered casserole dish.
