Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken gizzard
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 package noodles, of your choice
- 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine (approx.)
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 rinse and cut in half each gizzard.
- 2 simmer in water and 2 tsp salt for about 3 hours or until very tender.
- 3 (do not boil).
- 4 cook noodles until done, drain and add gizzards, butter and salt and pepper to taste.
