P90x Chicken Scramble–level Iii

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 10 egg whites
  • 4 ounces chicken breasts, cooked and diced
  • 4 ounces fat-free parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat.
  • 2 lightly beat the egg whites with a fork and add to the pan.
  • 3 cook, stirring, until halfway set.
  • 4 add the diced chicken and cook through.
  • 5 add salt and pepper to taste. garnish with fresh basil and serve.
