P90x Chicken Scramble–level Iii

Ingredients
- 10 egg whites
- 4 ounces chicken breasts, cooked and diced
- 4 ounces fat-free parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
Recipe
- 1 coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat.
- 2 lightly beat the egg whites with a fork and add to the pan.
- 3 cook, stirring, until halfway set.
- 4 add the diced chicken and cook through.
- 5 add salt and pepper to taste. garnish with fresh basil and serve.
